Shary partners agreement

Version 1 — November 2026

This agreement is between Shary Properties (Shary) and the freelance broker or brokerage company that joins Shary partners (the partner). Accepting it in the join request accepts all its terms; the final commission shares are written in the agreement signed with Shary's team.

1Definitions

  1. Owner: the owner of the unit (sale or rent) the partner represents — the partner's client.
  2. Customer: the buyer or tenant who reaches the unit through Shary's channels (website, app, ads, Shary AI) — Shary's client.
  3. Partner page: the partner's page on the website and the app with his units and their numbers.

2The partner's account

  1. The partner makes an account on Shary with his name and mobile number, then sends the join request with the papers.
  2. A freelance broker: the national ID, front and back. A company: the commercial register, the tax card and the owner's ID, front and back.
  3. Shary reviews the request and may accept or decline it; the partner hears on WhatsApp.
  4. Every partner has an account manager on Shary's team.

3The partner's duties

  1. List only units whose owners agreed to have them listed, sold or rented.
  2. The unit's data, price and photos are true and up to date; tell Shary once it is sold, rented or its price changes.
  3. Do not list the same unit twice.
  4. Do not contact Shary's customers (buyers or tenants who came through Shary) without arranging it with Shary's team.

4Shary's duties

  1. Review every unit, publish it with a code, improve its photos and description, and advertise it on its channels.
  2. Shary's sales team follows up with the customers and arranges the viewings and the negotiation.
  3. Shary offers its sale (resale) and rent contracts service for the deals made through it.
  4. Shary never contacts the owner without the partner, and the partner's number does not show on the listing.
  5. The partner sees his units' numbers (views and requests) on his page and hears on WhatsApp when a unit is published or a customer asks.

5Commission

  1. Your side is yours, our side is ours: the owner's commission goes to the partner, the buyer's or tenant's to Shary.
  2. The shares, how and when they are paid are written in the agreement signed with Shary's team before the first deal.
  3. A deal counts through Shary when the customer reached the unit through Shary's channels or team.

6Privacy and papers

  1. The partner's papers are kept in a protected place, used only to verify his identity, and seen only by Shary's team in charge.
  2. Customers' details are shared with the partner only once the deal is arranged with Shary's team.

7The account and changes

  1. Membership is free for now; if a subscription is added later the partner is told beforehand.
  2. Shary may hide a unit or pause the partner's account when a term of this agreement is not kept.
  3. Shary may update this agreement; the partner is told and the version number changes.
  4. This agreement is governed by Egyptian law.
