Shary's sales follow the buyer or tenant, arrange the viewings and the negotiation, and our contracts service prepares the sale (resale) or the rent contract.

Your partner page shows each unit's views and the customers who asked, and you hear on WhatsApp when a unit is published or a customer asks.

Partnership terms

The owner is the partner's client and his side's commission is the partner's; Shary never contacts the owner without the partner.
The buyer or tenant who comes through Shary is Shary's client and talks to Shary's sales team — the partner's number does not show on the listing.
Shary arranges the viewings and the negotiation and offers its sale (resale) and rent contracts service; the partner informs the owner and attends with him.
Every unit is reviewed before it is published; Shary may edit its photos or description, or decline it.
The unit's data and price must be true, up to date and approved by the owner; the partner tells us once it is sold or rented.
No listing the same unit twice.
The details and the shares are written in the partnership agreement signed with Shary's team; Shary may pause the account when the terms are not kept.
