Everest Developments enters the Egyptian property market with a defined portfolio of nine announced projects across New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Tanta, and New Alamein. Its activity goes beyond selling one type of property, with developments covering medical, commercial, administrative, and residential uses. New Cairo accounts for the largest share of the portfolio, reflecting the company’s preference for locations supported by steady daily traffic, established services, and active investment demand.
The company’s current offerings are linked to clear entry figures. Medical units start from 37 square metres, commercial spaces begin at 30 square metres, and villas are available from 278 square metres. Announced prices start from EGP 4,140,000 at Ecoline Plaza and EGP 4,440,000 at Mediplex. Payment plans range from three to ten years, although down payments, installment schedules, and total contract values differ from one project to another.
Everest Developments operates in a highly competitive market, particularly in New Cairo. Its response is a diversified unit mix rather than dependence on a single property category. A portfolio that places compact 30-square-metre investment units alongside 278-square-metre villas can address buyers with different budgets and objectives. However, this range also requires careful comparison of location, property use, expected yield, maintenance charges, handover terms, and payment-plan conditions before making a purchase decision.
About Everest Developments
Everest Developments has not published a confirmed establishment year in the currently available material. Most references only state that the company has operated for several years, without providing a precise launch date. As of 2026, verified information about the founder, executive structure, or declared capital also remains limited. This lack of corporate detail does not erase the company’s market presence, but it makes project execution, contractual terms, construction progress, and delivery records more important when assessing the developer.
History and Growth of Everest Developments
The company’s development path is easier to trace through its geographic expansion than through a published corporate timeline. Its strongest concentration appears in Fifth Settlement, followed by residential activity in New Zayed and announced projects in Tanta and New Alamein. The portfolio covers five identified locations, yet launch dates, completion percentages, handover schedules, and delivered-project records are not consistently disclosed across the available sources.
This means buyers should evaluate each development separately. The number of projects alone does not confirm construction quality or delivery performance. Reservation forms, land ownership documents, building permits, maintenance obligations, and the final sale contract remain the most reliable references before committing capital.
Vision and Mission of Everest Developments
Everest Developments presents its strategy around developing modern communities and marketable investment properties in active locations. In practical terms, its operating model appears to focus on location, compact unit sizes, competitive entry prices, and extended payment plans rather than broad corporate statements.
The repeated launch of medical and commercial developments indicates a clear interest in small and medium-sized investors. Commercial spaces start from 30 square metres at Ecoline Plaza, while medical units begin at 37 square metres at Mediplex. Some payment plans extend to ten years, and selected projects offer down payments starting from 5%, including Montania.
The company has announced or developed nine named projects across New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Tanta, and New Alamein. However, no clearly documented industry awards or professional certifications appear in the available information. For this reason, Everest Developments should be evaluated through measurable indicators, including project count, geographic reach, unit sizes, announced prices, construction status, and contractual payment terms.
Everest Developments Projects
Everest Developments presents a portfolio of nine announced projects across several property sectors. Most of its developments are concentrated in Fifth Settlement, where demand for medical, commercial, and administrative units is supported by residential density, business activity, and access to major roads. The company also has a residential presence in New Zayed, alongside announced developments in Tanta and New Alamein.
The Everest Developments portfolio includes:
- Mediplex Mall Fifth Settlement
- Ecoline Plaza Fifth Settlement
- Trio Mall Fifth Settlement
- Montania Compound New Zayed
- Everest Mall Fifth Settlement
- The Gate Mall Fifth Settlement
- E12 Mall Fifth Settlement
- Tanta Projects
- New Alamein Chalets
This project mix shows that the company does not depend on one property category. Its portfolio covers medical clinics, retail units, administrative offices, residential properties, villas, and coastal units. The strongest concentration remains in New Cairo, while Montania extends the company’s residential activity into New Zayed.
Each project should be assessed according to its land location, unit mix, BUA, construction status, payment plan, maintenance charges, and expected handover date. Investors should also compare commercial traffic, tenant demand, operating costs, and potential rental yield, particularly when considering compact medical or retail units.
